So last night Lupe Fiasco dedicated “Superstar” to my Grandmother. It was the cutest thing ever because when I came out on stage to sing w/ Sarah Green during her set, I saw my little Grandmother nestled front row in the crowd which was standing room only. After my set with Sarah I ran out and asked the people around her to make sure she didn’t get crushed, our shows get pretty wild and she’s about 5’1”. She really stood out like a sore thumb and it was so adorable when Lupe spotted her. He had no clue who she was. By far the best moment for me on this tour. Peep the footage.
